अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मिर्गी दिवस दुनिया भर में हर साल फरवरी के दूसरे सोमवार को मनाया जाता है. 2021 में, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मिर्गी दिवस 08 फरवरी को मनाया गया.
इस दिन का आयोजन संयुक्त रूप से इंटरनेशनल ब्यूरो फॉर एपिलेप्सी (IBE) और इंटरनेशनल लीग अगेंस्ट एपिलेप्सी (ILAE) द्वारा मिर्गी के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने और पीड़ितों, उनके दोस्तों और परिवार के सामने आने वाली समस्याओं को उजागर करने के लिए किया जाता है.
International epilepsy day is celebrated on the second Monday of February every year worldwide. In 2021, International Epilepsy Day was observed on 08 February.
The day is jointly organized by the International Bureau for Epilepsy (IBE) and the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) to raise awareness about epilepsy and highlight the problems facing victims, their friends and family.
इंडिया टॉय फेयर (India Toy Fair) 2021
भारत का पहला खिलौना मेला (इंडियन टॉय फेयर) 27 फरवरी से 2 मार्च, 2021 तक आयोजित किया जाएगा। इस मेले का आयोजन कपड़ा मंत्रालय द्वारा शिक्षा मंत्रालय और वाणिज्य व उद्योग मंत्रालय के सहयोग से किया जा रहा है।
इंडिया टॉय फेयर-2021 की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट www.theindiatoyfair.in है। यह वेबसाइट 11 फरवरी, 2021 को लॉन्च की गयी। इसे कपड़ा मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी, शिक्षा मंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक और वाणिज्य व उद्योग मंत्री पियूष गोयल लॉन्च करेंगे।
India's first Toy Fair (Indian Toy Fair) will be held from 27 February to 2 March 2021. The fair is being organized by the Ministry of Textiles in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

रॉबर्ट इरविन ने जीता वाइल्डलाइफ फ़ोटोग्राफ़र ऑफ़ द ईयर 2021
ऑस्ट्रेलियन वाइल्डलाइफ़ फ़ोटोग्राफ़र रॉबर्ट इरविन ने वाइल्डलाइफ़ फ़ोटोग्राफ़र ऑफ़ द ईयर पीपुल्स च्वाइस अवार्ड (Wildlife Photographer of the Year People’s Choice Award) प्रतियोगिता में पहला पुरस्कार जीता है।
रॉबर्ट ने 'बुशफायर (bushfire)’ नामक इमेज के लिए पुरस्कार जीता, जो कि 2020 में विनाशकारी ऑस्ट्रेलियाई बुशफायर की तस्वीर है, जिसे उन्होंने केप यॉर्क (Cape York), क्वींसलैंड में स्टीव इरविन वाइल्डलाइफ रिजर्व के पास ड्रोन का इस्तेमाल करके ली थी। इमेज में झाड़ियों के बीच, इसे अलग-अलग भागों में विभाजित करती हुई आग की एक पंक्ति दिखती है।
इरविन की इमेज को 25 फाइनलिस्ट की शॉर्टलिस्ट से चुना गया था, जिसे कुल 55,486 वोट मिले थे।

Australian Wildlife photographer Robert Irwin has won the first prize in the Wildlife Photographer of the Year People's Choice Award competition.
Robert won the award for an image called 'bushfire', a picture of the disastrous Australian bushfire in 2020, which he took using a drone near the Steve Irwin Wildlife Reserve in Cape York, Queensland. The image shows a line of fire between the bushes, dividing it into separate parts.
Irwin's image was chosen from a shortlist of 25 finalists, receiving a total of 55,486 votes.
The Wildlife Photographer of the Year is the world's largest wildlife photography competition, organized by the Museum of Natural History.
मांडू महोत्सव 2021: मध्य प्रदेश
मध्य प्रदेश के मांडू में आगामी 13-14 फरवरी को 'मांडू फेस्टिवल' और विश्व प्रसिद्ध पर्यटन स्थल खजुराहो में 20 से 26 फरवरी तक खजुराहो नृत्य समारोह-2021 का आयोजन मध्यप्रदेश शासन और एमपी टूरिज्म बोर्ड द्वारा किया जाएगा.

Mansa Varanasi of Telangana has been crowned the winner of VLCC Femina Miss India World 2020. Mansa Varanasi was worn by Miss Rajasthan 2019 winner of Taj Rajasthan, Suman Ratan Singh Rao. 23-year-old Mansa will now represent India in the 70th Miss World competition in December 2021. Born in Hyderabad, Mansa Varanasi is an engineer by profession and works as a Financial Information Exchange Analyst.

इंडिया रेटिंग: FY22 में भारत की विकास दर 10.4% होगी
इंडिया रेटिंग्स एंड रिसर्च (Ind-Ra) के अनुसार आगामी वित्त वर्ष में भारत की वृद्धि वापस 10.4% हो जाएगी. FY22 मोटे तौर पर FY21 की खोई हुई जमीन को कवर करेगा. इसके लिए ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी योजना को आवंटन कम किया गया. रेटिंग एजेंसी को उम्मीद है कि FY21 की जनवरी-मार्च तिमाही में सकल घरेलू उत्पाद की वृद्धि दर 0.3 प्रतिशत पर आ जाएगी, जो साल के पहले नौ महीनों में संकुचित हो जाएगी.

According to India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra), India's growth will come back to 10.4% in the coming financial year. FY22 will largely cover the lost ground of FY21. For this, the allocation to the Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme was reduced. The rating agency expects GDP growth to come in at 0.3 percent in the January-March quarter of FY21, which will narrow in the first nine months of the year.

सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने INS विराट के विघटन पर रोक लगाईं
भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने आईएनएस विराट के विघटन पर रोक लगाई है। एयरक्राफ्ट कैरियर आईएनएस विराट, जिसने 30 साल से अधिक समय तक भारतीय नौसेना की सेवा की, को गुजरात के अलंग में विघटित किये जाने की योजना बनाई गयी थी। जहाज को तीन साल पहले डीकमीशन किया गया था।
दरअसल एक फर्म ने सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में याचिका दायर की है, इस फर्म ने आईएनएस विराट को एक समुद्री म्यूजियम में परिवर्तित करने के लिए आज्ञा मांगी है। इसके लिए फर्म ने 100 करोड़ रुपये अदा करने का प्रस्ताव रखा है। अब सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने केद्र सरकार से उसकी राय मांगी है।
आईएनएस विराट भारतीय नौसेना का सबसे लंबा सेवारत जहाज है। इसे 1987 में भारतीय नौसेना में शामिल किया गया था। इसे हाल ही में मेटल स्क्रैप कंपनी ने 38.54 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदा था। इस जहाज को मुंबई के नवल डॉकयार्ड से अलंग के शिप ब्रेकिंग यार्ड तक लाया जायेगा। जहाज को पूरी तरह से विघटित करने में नौ से बारह महीने लगेंगे।
The Supreme Court of India has stayed the dissolution of INS Virat. The aircraft carrier INS Virat, who served the Indian Navy for more than 30 years, was planned to be disbanded at Alang, Gujarat. The ship was decommissioned three years ago.
In fact, a firm has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking permission to convert INS Virat into a marine museum. For this, the firm has proposed to pay Rs 100 crore. Now the Supreme Court has asked the Central Government for its opinion.
INS Virat is the longest serving ship of the Indian Navy. It was inducted into the Indian Navy in 1987. It was recently bought by the metal scrap company for Rs 38.54 crore. The ship will be brought from Naval Dockyard in Mumbai to the ship breaking yard at Alang. It would take nine to twelve months for the ship to completely disintegrate.
भारतीय नौसेना कर रही है TROPEX-21 युद्धाभ्यास का आयोजन
थिएटर स्तरीय सामरिक तैयारी युद्धाभ्यास (ट्रोपेक्स 21) जो कि भारतीय नौसेना का सबसे बड़ा युद्ध अभ्यास है, इसकी शुरुआत जनवरी 2021 में शुरू हुई थी। यह अभ्यास अभी भी चल रहा है और यह फरवरी 2021 के तीसरे सप्ताह में समाप्त होगा।
इस अभ्यास में भारतीय नौसेना की सभी परिचालन इकाइयों जैसे पनडुब्बियां, जहाज और विमान हिस्सा ले रहे हैं।
भारतीय सेना, भारतीय वायु सेना और तटरक्षक बल की इकाइयां भी इस द्विवार्षिक अभ्यास में भाग ले रही हैं।
यह अभ्यास हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र और इसके आस-पास के समुद्री क्षेत्र में आयोजित किया जा रहा है।
इस अभ्यास में नौसेना मुख्यालय के साथ-साथ भारतीय नौसेना के तीनों कमांडों के अलावा ट्राई-सर्विसेज कमांड की भागीदारी भी है।
अभ्यास का पहला चरण: पहले चरण में, 12-13 जनवरी, 2021 से ‘सी विजिल’ अभ्यास आयोजित किया गया था। यह अभ्यास भारत के तटीय रक्षा प्रणाली को पुख्ता करने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित किया गया था। इस अभ्यास में भारतीय नौसेना, 13 तटीय राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों की समुद्री पुलिस और तटरक्षक बल के अलावा समुद्री क्षेत्र के हितधारकों ने भाग लिया था।
AMPHEX-21: त्रि-सेवा संयुक्त अभ्यास AMPHEX-21 अभ्यास ‘सी विजिल’ अभ्यास के बाद आयोजित किया गया था। इसे अंडमान और निकोबार में 21-25 जनवरी, 2021 से आयोजित किया गया था।
The theater-level tactical preparatory maneuvers (Tropex 21), the largest combat exercise of the Indian Navy, began in January 2021. The exercise is still ongoing and will conclude in the third week of February 2021.
All operational units of the Indian Navy such as submarines, ships and aircraft are participating in this exercise.
Units of the Indian Army, Indian Air Force and Coast Guard are also participating in this biennial exercise.
The exercise is being conducted in the Indian Ocean region and the maritime region around it.
In addition to the three headquarters of the Indian Navy, the Tri-Services Command is also involved in this exercise at the Naval Headquarters.
First phase of practice: In the first phase: 'Sea Vigil' practice was held from 12-13 January 2021. The exercise was conducted with the objective of cementing India's coastal defense system. The exercise was attended by the Indian Navy, Marine Police and Coast Guard from 13 coastal states and union territories, as well as maritime sector stakeholders.

‘मुख्मंत्री विज्ञान प्रतिभा परिक्षा’ योजना: दिल्ली
दिल्ली कैबिनेट ने "मुख्यमंत्री विज्ञान प्रतिभा परीक्षा" को मंजूरी दे दी है, जिसमें दिल्ली के स्कूलों में कक्षा 9 के 1,000 मेधावी छात्रों को विज्ञान छात्रवृत्ति के रूप में 5,000 रुपये प्रदान किए जाएंगे. छात्रवृत्ति स्कूली स्तर पर माध्यमिक कक्षाओं में विज्ञान शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देगी.
विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार, दिल्ली के स्कूलों में पढ़ने वाले छात्र जिन्होंने कक्षा 8 में 60 प्रतिशत से अधिक अंक प्राप्त किए हैं, वे परीक्षा के लिए पात्र हैं. एससी, एसटी, पीएच या ओबीसी वर्ग से संबंधित छात्रों को 5 प्रतिशत तक छूट दी जाएगी.
The Delhi Cabinet has approved the "Chief Minister's Science Talent Examination", in which 1,000 meritorious students of class 9 in Delhi schools will be provided Rs 5,000 as science scholarships. The scholarship will promote science education in secondary classes at school level.
According to the release, students studying in schools in Delhi who have scored more than 60 percent marks in class 8 are eligible for the examination. Students belonging to SC, ST, PH or OBC category will be given a rebate of up to 5 percent.
China के अंतरिक्ष यान ‘तियानवेन-1’ ने मंगल की कक्षा में प्रवेश किया
चीन ने कहा कि उसका अंतरिक्ष यान 'तियानवेन-1' मंगल की कक्षा में प्रवेश कर गया है जो लाल ग्रह की सतह पर एक रोवर उतारेगा और वहां भूजल तथा प्राचीन जीवन के संभावित संकेतों से संबंधित विवरण जुटाएगा. चीन के इस यान ने चीन के समय के अनुसार 10 फरवरी को शाम मंगल की कक्षा में प्रवेश किया.
अमेरिका एकमात्र ऐसा देश है जो आठ बार सफलतापूर्वक लाल ग्रह पर पहुंच चुका है. चीन के लिए यह अब तक का सर्वाधिक महत्वकांक्षी मिशन है. यदि सबकुछ योजना के मुताबिक चला तो कुछ महीनों में रोवर यान से अलग हो जाएगा और मंगल की सतह पर उतरने का प्रयास करेगा. यदि यह मिशन सफल रहता है तो चीन ऐसा करनेवाला दुनिया का दूसरा देश बन जाएगा.
China said that its spacecraft 'Tianwen-1' has entered the orbit of Mars which will land a rover on the surface of the red planet and collect details related to the groundwater and possible signs of ancient life there. This Chinese vehicle entered the orbit of Mars on the evening of 10 February according to the time of China.
America is the only country that has successfully reached the red planet eight times. This is the most ambitious mission for China so far. If everything goes according to plan, in a few months the rover will break away from the vehicle and try to land on the surface of Mars. If this mission is successful, China will become the second country to do so.
